Ryan is was very professional from the very first time we spoke and throughout the process. He was very detail oriented while inspecting the property and with his written inspection report. The photos he included in his report helped so much explain some of the minor issues that the home had. I would highly recommend him if you plan on selling your home or purchasing one.

Mr. Bob Thibeault was very informative, thorough and courteous. He answered all questions that I had and was very professional. He also did a 4.0 home inspection for me and worked with me to successfully obtain new home insurance. He was always available and always willing to help you with whatever needs you may have. Thank you, Dan Brown III

I needed to get a home inspection completed on a home and property in Queen's Harbor in Jacksonville. I was given the referral of 1St Choice Inspections and Ryan Thibeault from a trusted source.

I am extremely pleased with the entire experience- from the first contact and promptly returned call to the final review of the results.

The website to sign up and provide info is simple and intuitive. The immediate responses and follow up calls for appointments went smoothly.

On the day of the inspection, Ryan was there promptly in the early morning- and then proceeded to provide one of the most thorough efforts I have seen in home inspections. He communicated during the entire several hours when items of note were found, and the application he uses to provide the details, images and explanations of the final report is outstanding.

We met and discussed each of the items , some in more detail as I asked additional questions, it was a great experience.

I would highly recommend Ryan Thibeault and 1st Choice Inspections for your home inspection !!
